If you work on buildings built or refurbished before the year 2000, Asbestos may well be present. If this is the case then you and your employees have a legal requirement to carry out Asbestos Awareness Training in order to help you avoid the risks and comply with Regulation 10 of The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
COSHH stands for ‘Control of Substances Hazardous to Health’ and under The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002, employers need to either prevent or reduce their workers’ exposure to substances that are hazardous to their health.

Abrasive wheels are powered wheels, cylinders, belts or points made from, or coated with abrasive particles; they are incredibly fast moving, which can make them very dangerous and injuries can be extremely serious. Around half of all accidents involving abrasive wheels are due to them being used incorrectly or without the proper controls in place.
Falls from height are one of the biggest causes of workplace fatalities and major injuries, often from ladders and through fragile roofs. The Working at Height Regulations 2005 are there to try and prevent death and injury from a fall from height.
Work at height means work in any place where, if there were no precautions in place, a person could fall a distance liable to cause injury. There is no minimum height restriction to classify work as being ‘at height’ and people who do so must have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience.
The course is designed to satisfy the training and awareness requirements of relevant legislation and regulations including The Working at Height Regulations 2005 and The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
This Manual Handling Training Course will provide your employees with guidance and instruction on the correct lifting procedures and some handy hints on the do’s and don’ts of Manual Handling.
More than one third of all injuries reported each year to the HSE involve Manual Handling. The Online Manual Handling Course covers pulling, pushing, lifting, lowering and carrying any object without the use of external aids. The most serious injuries are often caused in the simplest way but many can be prevented by following the correct Manual Handling techniques.
This online Food Safety and Hygiene training is an in-depth course which builds on a basic knowledge of food safety in the workplace – whether in Food Manufacture, Hospitality or Retail. Regulations require that everyone who handles food in the food industry requires training. This training must be appropriate to their job role, which is what they do with food. It does not depend on how many hours they work. It is quite important to understand the recommendations regarding the level of training required.
These training program provides a good understanding of food hazards and food poisoning, with clear explanations of the ways food can become contaminated; personal hygiene; cleanliness in the food preparation area; safe storage and waste disposal.
